Finance Officer - 18 months fixed term
CHA has a long, proud history of providing good quality, affordable housing for people in housing need. We currently manage over 1,100 rented and 45 shared ownership properties, provide a factoring service to over 600 owners and have an active wider role programme. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team.
You will assist in the efficient administration of the Association’s Finance and Corporate Services Team, carrying out a range of finance and supervisory duties. You will be tasked with the administration of payroll and pensions, factoring, sales ledger, purchase ledger and nominal ledger administration and budgetary control.
Applicants must have substantial experience of working with financial information and practical experience of Sage Line 50 Accounts/Sage Line Payroll and excellent communication, analytical and IT skills. A recognised accountancy qualification would be desirable.
