Audit Arrangements

Clydebank Housing Association has a detailed internal audit function. The Management Committee ensures the effective oversight of the internal audit programme. The current auditors are Wylie & Bissett LLP.

The Management Committee has formal and transparent arrangements for maintaining an appropriate relationship with its external auditor.  The external auditor is approved every year by Shareholders at the AGM.  The current auditors are Alexander Sloan.
