Audit Arrangements
Clydebank Housing Association has a detailed internal audit function. The Management Committee ensures the effective oversight of the internal audit programme. The current auditors, Wylie & Bissett have a contract until March 2020.
The Management Committee has formal and transparent arrangements for maintaining an appropriate relationship with its external auditor. The external auditor is approved every year by Shareholders at the AGM. The current auditors, Alexander Sloan, are in place to March 2020 and then a tender exercise will be carried out to ensure value for money and adhere to our procurement practices.
