Tenant Panel

The Tenant Panel discusses and reviews the effectiveness of various aspects of our service/processes and advises where improvements could be made.  They are our  “critical friend”.  We provide support to the group (eg. training, childcare expenses etc.)  If you are interested in getting involved with the Tenant Panel, please give Sinéad a call at the office on 0141 941 1044. 

In 2019/2020, our Tenant Panel worked hard and reviewed our recording and reporting of the Energy Efficiency Standards for Social Housing, to make sure our policies and processes are working effectively.  Cost, performance and tenant/customer satisfaction is taken into account, with the overall aim to improve services for everyone and to achieve good value for money.

Along with Staff and Committee, each year our Tenant Panel participate in our Business Plan Review process.  This includes completing a SWOT analysis and review of targets for the year for complaints, housing management and maintenance amongst others.
