The Maintenance Department is responsible for the day-to-day repairs and improvements to homes, which are owned and managed by Clydebank Housing Association. In this section we will provide you with all the information that you might need regarding repairs.
Procurement Information:
Clydebank Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord and is required to follow Scottish Government guidelines for procurement by public bodies. When purchasing goods, services and works Clydebank Housing Association aims to achieve best value for money whilst maintaining the highest standards of honesty, integrity, impartially and objectivity.
Some of our high value contracts for works and services exceed the threshold for EU procurement, and in those instances the Association will utilise procurement processes which are compliant with the European Commission legislation.

We advertise all of our opportunities with a contract value of over £20,000 on the Scottish Government’s Public Contracts Scotland website and we encourage prospective contractors or suppliers to sign up to receive notifications about any contract opportunities.
If you see a contract advertised that your company is interested in tendering for, you should follow the instructions given in the Contract Notice or advert.
Register with the Scottish Government’s Public Contracts Scotland website. Email alerts can be created to notify you when a new tender opportunity is added.
