Asset Management
Our Asset Management Strategy is there to manage and protect the asset base in such a way that it supports the wider organisational objectives and contributes to the long-term sustainability of the organisation.
From 2019, CHA have devised 5-Year Major Repair Programmes for all residents (click to access plans for tenants or owners). These programmes have been developed from stock condition information we have on our properties which has been developed with Quantity Surveyors to incorporate our legislative and energy efficiency requirements.
