Our Subsidiary Companies
Clydebank Housing Association currently has two subsidary companies - CHA Power Ltd (active) and Radnor Park Homes Ltd (not active).
CHA Power Ltd
CHA Power Ltd was set up in 2005 following consultation with tenants, to provide energy efficient and affordable heat and hot water to our residents in Radnor Park.
It now supplies over 350 two bedroom multi storey flats through a Combined Heat and Power system (CHP). For more information, click here. Annual accounts are availabe in the table below.
Radnor Park Homes
Radnor Park Homes was set up to manage the potential ownership of mid-market rent flats in the Radnor Park area. It is currently a dormant subsidiary.
