Meet our Senior Management Team
Lynette Lees, Chief Executive
Lynette Lees FCCA, was appointed as Chief Executive in April 2021 having joined the senior staff team in 2007. Previously CHA’s Head of Finance and Corporate Services, she graduated from Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in June 2001 and completed her professional accountancy exams to become fully qualified in June 2005 and became a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2011. Her role is to support the Management Committee in the strategic direction of the Association and ensure high quality services to our customers. Lynette oversees all aspects of the organisation and has extensive experience in audit, finance, HR, corporate governance, procurement and wider role. Lynette is committed to CHA’s core values of providing high quality homes and affordable services to our customers, working with partners and local communities as well as ensuring high levels of governance.
Joe Farrell, Head of Housing Services
Joe Farrell, Head of Housing Services, joined the staff as Housing Officer in 2002, having previously accrued several years’ experience in social housing as a Housing Officer with North Ayrshire Council and latterly with Cunninghame Housing Association. Joe graduated with a BSc in Geography from Glasgow University in 1994 and in 1997 gained the postgraduate Diploma in Housing Studies. Joe is responsible for the delivery of the Housing Management and Maintenance services. The Housing Management service has consistently outperformed key performance indicators as well as achieving favourable comparison with other local housing providers and peer groups members in relation to rent arrears, void loss and re-let times. Joe is a Mentor with Career Ready Scotland for 2024-2026.
Fiona White, Finance & Corporate Services Manager
Fiona White, Finance and Corporate Services Manager, joined the Association in 1993 and was previously Finance Officer before being promoted to her current role. Fiona has an array of financial responsibilities within the Finance and Corporate Services Section. Fiona has an extensive knowledge of factoring and is an associate member of the Institute of Residential Property Management. Fiona is accredited with the AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting.
Sinéad Farrell, Customer & Corporate Services Manager
Sinéad Farrell, Customer & Corporate Services Manager, joined the Association in 2002, having previously worked with a social landlord for 5 years, and was latterly in the role of Communications Officer. Sinéad is a specialist in key areas such as tenant involvement, customer care, communications and complaints management and oversees our funded wider role projects including delivery of services at Centre81 and is committed to enhancing customer service across all areas of service delivery. Sinéad has a BA Certificate from Glasgow University in Community Learning & Development and has recently completed a CIPFA Governance qualification. Sinéad is an Appointee of the Scottish Fire & Rescue Service (SFRS) Stakeholder Reference Group which scrutinises SFRS practice and policy on public involvement and consultation. Sinéad is a Mentor with Career Ready Scotland for 2024-2026.
Jack Devlin, Housing Services Manager
Jack Devlin, Housing Services Manager, joined the Association in 2006 and is responsible for all aspects of the association’s maintenance section including our major repairs investment programme and health and safety compliance. Jack holds a HNC in Construction Management and is committed to providing a first class maintenance service, which offers value for money and ensures the comfort and safety of our residents.
