AllPay Payments Maintenance

Please be advised that allpay will be carrying out two essential system maintenance updates in the next couple of days.
• Our IVR Telephone Payment line will be unavailable on Wednesday 30th October, between 10pm and 2am.
• On Tuesday 5th November between 10pm and 2am the following payment channels will be unavailable; 
o Internet Payments (allpayments.net)
o Textpay
o Callpay
o Branded Gateway
o IVR Telephone Payments
o Mobile App
• This will not affect Direct Debit service or payments made via Post Office or Pay Point.  Allpay apologise for any inconvenience caused.
