Intimation of 2020 AGM and SGM
Due to the current coronavirus pandemic restrictions on public meetings we have had to consider an alternative way to hold our AGM this year. Legislation has been passed by the UK government which allows us to hold a ‘virtual’ AGM for members before 30 September this year.
This year's AGM and a Special General Meeting for shareholders to consider the adoption of the updated 2020 Model Rules are scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 23 September starting at 6.30 pm.
Please can you answer the following questions to help us prepare and to identify the support and assistance that we could provide to members to take part in our virtual AGM?
Information on how we handle and use your personal information that you provide to us is included within our Data Protection page on our website https://www.clydebank-ha.org.uk/data-protection/.
