Good Neighbour Awards
Do you have a good neighbour that lives in one of our properties? Put them forward for our new Good Neighbour Awards!
Nominations are open and will be accepted until Monday 30th September 2025. CHA encourages tenants, owners, and staff to highlight the unsung heroes who show kindness, lend a hand, or make a positive impact in their neighbourhoods.
Nominees could be someone who:
- Regularly checks in on vulnerable neighbours
- Keeps shared spaces clean and tidy
- Organises community events or garden projects
- Offers help in times of need – big or small

We’ll make sure everyone who is nominated gets at a certificate of recognition and we’ll arrange a gift for the top 3 who stand out from the nominations received.
