Apprentice Estate Caretaker 
3-year Apprenticeship - Fixed Contract

Salary £22,994 p.a. (from April 2025), 35 hours per week, Monday-Friday

You will be a valuable member of Housing Services staff who will help provide an effective and efficient estate management service to all residents across our housing stock. You will help ensure the security, safety and cleanliness of our estates including lifts, foyers, bin rooms, chutes, and other common areas in accordance with our Estate Management Policy.

You will require knowledge of Health & Safety and have good written and verbal communication skills. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence or demonstrate a commitment to obtaining one within 12 months of commencing employment.
