Factoring Policy Review 2020

Please find below information on our Factoring Policy review including our current Factoring Policy and a version which includes our proposed changes (highlighted in blue) for 2020.

We value your views and use feedback to improve and shape our services. We hope you saw how much we valued your owner occupier satisfaction survey feedback by including a 4-page Owner News special within our June newsletter to address the main themes of concerns and issues that owners identified during our recent owner satisfaction survey.

We’d be delighted if you could let us know your thoughts on our proposed changes by either:

Please do this by 14 August 2020.

Your feedback will go to our voluntary Management Committee at their next Finance & Corporate Service Sub-Committee after the closing date. The Sub-Committee will make a final decision on the Factoring Policy to be adopted. We will let each of you who participate know the outcome personally and also feature an article in our September ChitChat newsletter.
