Emergency Repairs
Emergency repairs occurring within normal office working hours should be reported to the Association's offices immediately. Our opening hours can be found here. Emergency repairs occurring outside normal office working hours i.e. in the evenings, weekends and public holidays, should be reported using the emergency numbers listed below.
What is an emergency repair?
This class of repair is intended to deal with emergencies which are likely to cause injury or death or substantial property damage. The response target time to attend and make safe is within 4 hours and completion of the repair within 24 hours.
Examples of emergency repairs are fire, flooding/water ingress that can’t be contained, break-in, no heating, no hot water, blocked toilet if only one in house, vandalised/broken glazing.
Please note that these numbers are generally only for tenants use. However, sharing owners/owner occupiers may use them to report emergency common repairs.

For out of hours gas central heating and all district heating emergencies, including CHP breakdowns at Radnor Park, call City Technical on:

For all other out of hours emergency repairs (fire, flood, break-in, broken windows) call our contractors West Dunbartonshire Council on:

Please do not report routine non-emergency repairs via this number. This is an abuse of the service and you may be recharged for call-outs which are not classified as emergency repairs.
It is vitally important that access is available for emergency repairs to be carried out. If access is unavailable on such occasions the Association has the right to force entry in order to avoid endangering other occupants or damage to property.
