Estate Caretaker – Full Time, Permanent

£25,755 from 1st April 2025, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

You will be a valuable member of Housing Services staff who will help provide an effective and efficient estate management service to all residents across our housing stock.  You will help ensure the security, safety and cleanliness of our estates including lifts, foyers, bin rooms, chutes, and other common areas whilst ensuring compliance with our Estate Management Policy and assist in ongoing reviews and customer consultation/focus group and scrutiny panel processes.

You will require knowledge of Health & Safety and have good written and verbal communication skills. A full driving licence is required.
