CHA has a long, proud history of providing good quality, affordable housing for people in housing need.  We own and manage c.1,200 homes for affordable rent, act as factor to another c. 600 owner occupied properties and have an active wider role programme.  We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and we are currently seeking a Clerical Officer to join our high-performing staff team.

Clerical Officer – Housing Management (Full Time)
Employers in Voluntary Housing Grade 3 (PA5-PA8)
£22,994 from April 2025, 35 hours per week

You will be a valuable member of staff who will help to ensure the efficient administration of the Association’s Housing Services Department by carrying out a range of duties including housing management clerical tasks such as input of housing applications forms, maintenance of the waiting list and rent payment administration.

You will be enthusiastic and customer focused with at least six months experience in an office environment delivering services to customers.
