Subject Access Requests
You are entitled to request access to the information we hold about you. This is known as a Subject Access Request. You do not have to tell us why you want to see your information. Before we release information to you, we need to be confident of your identity so we may ask you for additional information in order to verify it.
If you wish to make a subject access request you can complete the online form below, download and complete our printable Subject Access Form, or email foi@clydebank-ha.org.uk to request a paper copy. You do not have to use this form but it will make it quicker and easier for us to deal with your request. If you choose not to use our form, your request should include the following information: your full name, address and contact telephone number, rent reference number or application number, details of the specific information you require and any relevant dates.
We will endeavour to respond promptly and in any event within one month of receipt of your formal request; or on receipt of any further information we may ask you to provide to enable us to comply with your request.
