Clerical Officer (Maintenance) – Full Time, Permanent

£21,898 from 1st April 2024 , 35 hours per week

You will be a valuable member of staff who will help to ensure the efficient administration of the Association’s Housing Services Department by carrying out a range of administrative and clerical duties in relation to our maintenance service.

Including dealing with customers in a courteous and friendly manner promoting an image to the public that is both re-assuring and professional. It is essential that the highest standards of communication skills with both colleagues and customers be maintained.  You will also provide customers with the highest quality of customer care in accordance with the Association’s Customer Care Policy

You will be enthusiastic and customer focused with at least six months experience in an office environment delivering services to customers.
